Terms of Service

Service Agreement

By booking a cleaning service with Simply Fresh Living, you agree to these terms. I provide residential cleaning services in Goochland County and West Richmond, VA.

Booking and Scheduling

• All quotes are provided after understanding your home's size, condition, and needs
• Final pricing is confirmed before your first appointment
• Recurring service schedules are arranged directly with you

Cancellation Policy

Life happens, and I understand that plans change. I ask for:

• 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible
• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee
• No-shows without notice may be charged the full service amount

Access to Your Home

You agree to provide access to your home at the scheduled time. This may include providing a key, garage code, or being present to let me in. All access information is kept confidential.

Pets

Please let me know about any pets in your home. For everyone's safety, I ask that aggressive animals be secured during cleaning appointments.

Payment

• Payment is due on the day of service
• Accepted payment methods will be discussed during booking
• Pricing is flat-rate based on your home, not hourly

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters. If something wasn't cleaned to your expectations, please let me know within 24 hours and I'll make it right.

Liability

I take great care in your home. In the rare event of accidental damage, please notify me immediately so we can discuss resolution. I am not responsible for damage to fragile items not pointed out before cleaning, or for pre-existing damage.

Changes to Terms

I may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of my services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
